Wireless Device Support
At Ralink, we are proud of our accomplishments. We have shipped millions of WLAN chipsets for use in desktop computers, notebook PCs, PDAs, video game consoles and many other personal computing applications. Our technology enables mobile computing anywhere, anytime.

But with our success comes some confusion as well. We receive calls and e-mail from users who believe that we build and sell consumer wireless devices. Please note that we do not manufacture consumer wireless devices.

Ralink Technology designs the chipsets for the technology, which are in turn custom-designed for every manufacturer we do business with. As such, we suggest that if you have an issue with your wireless devices, please contact your manufacturer for information regarding drivers, installations, repairs and upgrades.
